The 32-year-old victim was found by police after officers responded to a shot spotter alert around 5:30 a.m., Monday, Dec. 12 in the 1300 block of Washington Boulevard, according to Baltimore police.
The victim stated that he was standing in the block when he heard gunshots, then started to feel a pain in his backside, realizing he had been hit. The victim did not know where the shots came from or who shot him.
Detectives are still working to identify a motive and suspect for the crime.
